Eosinophils were stimulated without or with 100 μmol/mL ATP, ATPγS, or met-ATP. The relative f-actin content was taken after 25 seconds. Chemiluminescence response is given as integral (counts × 106) after 60 minutes. Data are means ± SEM (n = 5).
