Bone marrow cells (2.5 × 106/mL) were distributed into 24-well culture plates and incubated for 24 hours in the presence of control IgG (5 μg/mL), anti-Fas MoAb (5 μg/mL), mrIFNγ (100 U/mL), or anti-Fas MoAb plus mrIFNγ. CFU-S and CFU-C were then assayed as described in Materials and Methods. Data are means ± SEM from 3 and 4 separate experiments for CFU-S and CFU-C, respectively.P < .01 between anti-Fas + IFNγ and control IgG for CFU-S and P < .05 for CFU-C.
