Spleen cell suspensions from 6-month-old C57BL/6-lpr/lprmice and age-matched controls were cytocentrifuged and stained in May-Grünwald-Giemsa. Differential counts were performed on at least 200 cells per slide. Data are means ± SEM from 4 different mice per group. Average cell numbers per spleen (×106) are indicated in parentheses.
