NB4 cells were treated with 0.5 μmol/L As2O3 alone or plus 100 μmol/L MS or 20 mmol/L AT for 3 days; HL-60 cells were treated with 1 μmol/L As2O3 alone or plus 25 μmol/L MS or 20 mmol/L AT for 3 days; U937 cells were treated with 1 μmol/L As2O3 alone or plus 100 μmol/L MS or 20 mmol/L AT for 3 days. Each value is the mean ± SD of triplicate determinations.
