NB4-sele cells were pretreated with 0.1 μmol/L sodium selenite for 9 days and were then treated with As2O3 for 3 days. Apoptosis (determined by fluorescence microscopy) and GPx activity were assayed and determined after 3 days of treatment with or without As2O3. Each value is the mean ± SD of triplicate determinations.
