Each fetus was transplanted with either 1.5 × 105cells (2A and 2B) or 1 × 105 CD34+ cells and received infusions of antibody as described in the text. Each value represents mean ± 1 SEM. Progenitor cultures were not done (ND) when donor cells could not be detected by flow cytometry.

Progenitor values are also given as percent of total human progenitors recovered in all 3 tissues.
Values are from 1 fetus only. Cultures in the other 2 fetuses were unsuccessful.
