FcRγ +/− or FcRγ −/− mice were inoculated with 6-19 hybridoma cells as described in Materials and Methods. Blocks of the ear and kidney as well as blood samples were collected when the FcRγ +/− mice exhibited skin purpura (7 to 12 days after 6-19 administration).
Values for serum IgG3 and BUN represent the mean ± SD and were determined at time of death.
