Exosomes were incubated in the presence of 5 mmol/L CaCl₂ with FITC-conjugated annexin-V, factor X, or prothrombin. Binding was monitored with the respective antibodies and protein-A gold (see Materials and Methods). The number of labeled exosomes is expressed as a percentage of 500 vesicles evaluated.
