Day 8 cells were plated into 0.25 mL serum-free fibrin clots at a concentration of 250 cells/clot with EPO at 2 U/mL. After 7 days of incubation, the clots were fixed and stained with benzidine-hematoxylin. The mean ± SD of triplicates is shown. Statistical analysis was performed using Scheffe’s F post hoc test.
