Monocytes were preincubated with F peptide or SDF-1α for 60 minutes at 37°C followed by incubation with anti-CXCR4 antibody or mouse IgG for 30 minutes at 4°C. The cells were then stained with FITC-conjugated antimouse IgG and subjected to FACS analyses.
Monocytes were preincubated with staurosporine or calphostin C before treatment with F peptide or SDF-1α.
