Peripheral blood counts were obtained from X-CGD mice at various times posttransplant with MSCV-m91Neo–transduced BM as described in Methods. Mice were 8 to 10 weeks of age at time of transplant. Data represents mean ± SD for values obtained from six to nine individual mice sampled at each timepoint. Normal values for wild-type C57Bl/6J males shown for hematocrits are age-matched, whereas results shown for other blood counts represent values for 6- to 8-week-old mice.50-52
