Lethally irradiated secondary recipient X-CGD mice were transplanted with bone marrow obtained from MSCV-m91Neo X-CGD donor mice 9 to 11 months after the primary transplantation. The percentage of peripheral blood neutrophils with NADPH oxidase was determined by NBT testing. Shown are the results from donor mice at time of transplants and for recipients of secondary transplants.
