Numbers indicate % of cells. After 1 week of culture of leukemic cells, cytospin slides were stained with May-Grünwald-Giemsa. Five hundred cells were differentiated for each slide. ATRA was used at 1 μmol/L, G-CSF at 0.1 μg/mL.
