The migration efficiency was calculated as follows. The number of the CD11c+ migrated cells was divided by that in the CD11c+ loaded cells before the migration assay.
The value of the migration efficiency in GM-CSF + SCF–stimulated HPCs is significantly larger than that in GM-SCF + SCF + TGF-β1 (P < .05).
