Results shown are the mean ± 1 SEM for a total of 11 CCR2 (−/−) and 8 CCR2 (+/+) mice from two experiments in which each mouse was assessed individually. CFU-GM was stimulated in agar culture by PWMSCM. BFU-E and CFU-GEMM were stimulated in methylcellulose cultures in the presence of hemin by Epo and PWMSCM.
