CD34+ cells cocultured with NIH3T3pBABE (CO) or NIH3T3pBABE-J2 (J2) were evaluated for expression of the indicated antigens at days 7, 14, and 21. Data are expressed as mean percentage of four independent experiments at each time point, with standard deviations in parentheses. Differences in marker expression between the two populations (CO v J2), were calculated including observations at days 7, 14, and 21 by the Wilcoxon matched-pairs signed ranks test.
