The table shows the proportion of CD45+ cells in the BM of NOD/SCID mice at 120 days posttransplantation, as well as the lymphomyeloid distribution of the CD45+ population. Data corresponding to mice transplanted with fresh CD34+ cells (105 cells/mouse) and with the cell product generated after 6 days of incubation with IL-3/IL-6/SCF and IL-11/SCF/FL.
Statistically different from data corresponding to mice transplanted with the fresh sample (P < .05).
