LP CD34+ cells were cultured in serum-supplemented medium in the absence of TNF-α. MIP-1α receptor expression on CD34+ cells was analyzed flow-cytometrically before and after the addition of TNF-α (2 ng/mL at 24 hours). Data are presented as mean fluorescence intensity values; two separate experiments are shown.
