Peripheral B cells (106/mL) were incubated for 10 days in the presence of CD40 + IL-4 (1 μg/mL and 5 ng/mL) alone or in combination with the different RAR specific retinoids (10−11 mol/L). IgE was detected in the supernatants by ELISA and values are shown as means of triplicates. Shown is one representative of three experiments.
