Production of secreted INF-γ protein (pg/mL) in CD40 + IL-4 activated PBMC (exps 1-4) and B cells (exps 5-6) from normal donors. IFNγ was measured in the supernatants of 106/mL cells by ELISA after 48 hours stimulation with anti-CD40 (1 μg/mL) and IL-4 (5 ng/mL) and/or all-trans or 13-cis RA (10−10 mol/L). Values are shown as means of duplicates.
