IgM+ B cells (106/mL) were incubated for 10 days in the presence of CD40 + IL-4 (1 μg/mL and 5 ng/mL) alone or in combination with all-trans RA (R1) or 13-cis RA (R2). Igs were detected in the supernatants by ELISA, values are shown as means of triplicates. Shown is one representative of four experiments.
