Figures are the percentage of total events; gates are set to include only whole cells (90% to 93% of total events). Figures in parentheses are percent reductions in G2/M with cytochrome c compared with controls. Similar values were obtained at 4 hours. Note that similar reductions in G2/M occurred in growing and quiesced cells with cytochrome c.
