The frequency of 2° CFC (expressed as number per 105MNCs) was measured from 10 BM MNC samples using 20 replicate cultures at each of the shown plating densities in 96-well plates both before and after 1 to 2 hours of exposure to 250 μg/mL of 5-FU. In addition, LDA was used to determine the frequency of LTC-IC (expressed as number per 105 MNCs) for each group of densities that were performed in parallel.
