Data are indicated as the mean ± SD of the absolute number of DP thymocytes per well obtained after culture of TCR Vβ8.1 TG thymocytes alone or with BALB.D2 B cells for 60 hours, in the absence or presence of the indicated inhibitors. A representative experiment is illustrated in Fig 4.
