Cytotoxicity assays were performed according to a standard⁵¹Cr-release method. Assays at various effector to target cell (E/T) ratios with 5 × 10³⁵¹Cr-labeled target cells/well were performed in triplicate, using 96-well V-bottomed microtiter plates.
