The plasma glycocalicin concentration and the GPIbα concentration in platelet lysates solubilized in Triton X-100 were quantified using an ELISA. Parentheses contain the percentages of the normal values. The platelet GPIbβ content was semiquantified by densitometry of the immunoblots probed with Gi27.
