Mx staining intensity is as follows: 4 is less than 75% of all cells, 3 is greater than 50% but less than 75%, 2 is greater than 25% but less than 50%, and 1 is less than 25%
Tumor-cell population is assumed to have an aberrant T-cell phenotype with loss of CD4
