HEL cell TPA induction upregulates genes likely regulated by TCF factors (ETS, PU1), suggesting potential regulation via the SRF/TCF axis. With MRTFAOE, upregulated genes are significantly related to actin binding, and predicted regulators include both ETS factors (perhaps as part of the SRF/TCF complex) and SRF. When comparing TPA+ and MRTFAOETPA+ groups, actin cytoskeleton becomes the major GO term common to the upregulated genes, and SRF stands out as the only predicted regulatory transcription factor. Numbers in parentheses denote Bonferroni-corrected P values.
