Wild type C57BL/6J female mice were injected subcutaneously with placebo or with 250 μg/kg rhIL-11 for 4 or 7 days. Plasma was collected at the end of the injection period, and P-selectin concentration was measured using ELISA in at least 4 animals for each time point.
