The sequences of each oligonucleotide are shown. The double-stranded oligonucleotides were obtained by annealing 2 chemically synthesized strands. The underlining of oligonucleotides mG1 and mG2 indicates the sites of the specific mutations in the GATA motifs, similar to those in the mutant oligonucleotide mGATA.
The double-stranded GATA consensus and mutant oligonucleotides GATA and mGATA were purchased from Santa Cruz Biotechology. The underlining of oligonucleotide mGATA indicates the sites of the specific mutations in the GATA motifs.
