C57BL/6 mice were transplanted with SR-BI+/+ or SR-BI−/− bone marrow and injected 14 days before transplantation with the control vector Adnull or saline (Controls) or a human apo A-I–expressing adenoviral vector (AdA-I). Morphometric data are expressed in 103 μm2 and represent mean plus or minus SEM. The percentage stenosis is defined as the intimal area divided by the area within the internal elastical lamina multiplied by 100 (%).
