Recipient mice received 6 Gy TBI followed by administration of 3 × 10⁷ splenocytes alone (Spc) or along with 10⁷ bone marrow cells (Spc + BMC) from WT or GKO B6 donors. Carcasses were saved in 10% formalin after death. Tissue sections were examined blindly by a pathologist and graded as follows: − indicates no detectable lesions; +, minimal lesions; ++, moderate lesions; +++, severe lesions.
