MGG-stained cytospins were made of MPRO cells induced to differentiate with 10−6 M AGN194204 in the presence of EtOH (vehicle) control, or 80 nM rapamycin (rapa). Two hundred consecutive cells on deidentified slides were scored as promyelocytes, myelocytes, metamyelocytes, or neutrophils. Results are expressed as mean percentages (± SEM) of 3 independent experiments.
