Quantification of tyrosine phosphorylation of different signaling molecules in PAE/VEGFR-2, NRP1 cells treated with VEGF-A165 or VEGF-A121 for 5 minutes. Lysates of differently treated cells were incubated on signal transduction antibody arrays. The difference in fold induction in response to VEGF-A165 over VEGF-A121 is shown.
