Data are numbers of genotypes except where indicated. The CYP2C9*2 and *3 alleles were detected by RFLP analysis using AvaII for *2 and Kpnl or NsiI for *3. Similarly, the VKORC1 Asp36Tyr allele was detected by RsaI. Presence of polymorphisms was confirmed by direct sequencing of selected samples.
