Monocyte-derived DCs were differentiated in IL-4 and GM-CSF in the presence of IL-10 for 7 days (DC-10), or in IL-4 and GM-CSF for 7 days (iDCs), or in IL-4 and GM-CSF for 5 days and cultured for additional 2 days with LPS (mDCs). Expression of CD14, CD16, CD11c, CD11b, CD1a, CD83, CD80, CD86, and HLA-DR was evaluated by FACS analysis.

n indicates the number of samples analyzed and derived from different healthy donors.
