CBA mice received syngeneic or allogeneic BMT with and without the addition of donor T cells as in Fig 1. Vβ6+ and Vβ3+ T cell populations were analyzed in BAL fluid and spleens from naive mice and mice 6 weeks after BMT as described in Materials and Methods. Data are expressed as mean percent ± SEM (n = 8 to 12 per BMT group; n = 3 per naive group).
