Cultures were performed for 3 days and the percentage of apoptotic cells measured by Hoechst 33342 flow cytometry. SEMs are shown for samples done in triplicate; the remainder of the values are the mean of duplicate cultures.

This patient had a significant population of cells with prolymphocyte morphology.
