In three separate experiments CD34⁺ cells were cultured up to 14 days in serum-free medium and a mixture of growth factors at ¼ the standard concentration in wells coated with H120, H0, or BSA. Cells were counted on different days of culture. The day of maximum fold expansion with H120 compared with H0 and BSA is shown. Student's t-test was used to calculate Pvalues.
