Influence of IgG and F(ab′)2 on the Binding of 125I-GM-CSF to PMN

Three batches of IgG, 3.6 mg/mL, were tested in parallel with the corresponding F(ab′)2 fragments. The results are shown as mean cpmbound (N = 2) to 2 × 106 PMN incubated with 125I-GM-CSF at 2,000 cpm/200 4 μL. Cpmfree in supernatants of samples added only IgG or F(ab′)2 were: batch 1, 232 and 264; batch 2, 125 and 112; batch 3, 1,602 and 1,570.
