Ten thousand CD34⁺lin⁻ bone marrow cells sorted into Flt3^high and Flt3^low subpopulations were cultured in the presence of the designated cytokines. On day 3, 6, and 9 of culture, cells were analyzed for the expression of leukocyte differentiation antigens by flow cytometry.
