Values are the percentage of the injected dose. Mice were injected with approximately 10 pmol of 125I-Xa and125I-S379A Xa as described in the Materials and Methods. After 20 minutes, the animals were killed, organs and plasma were obtained, and their content of 125I-radioactivity was determined by gamma counting.
