100 Sca-1+c-kit+ cells were individually plated in methylcellulose media containing IL-2, IL-7, IL-11, and SF. Ten mixed NK cell colonies were observed 18 days later. The colonies were individually harvested and subjected to May-Grünwald Giemsa staining.
