Mice were injected with bone marrow cells from either a healthy female donor, or from a male JMML patient, or with an equal mixture of normal and JMML cells. The mice were either left untreated or given a combined treatment with E21R and MoAb cA2 for 4 weeks from the time of transplantation. The fractions of human XY, XX, and mouse cells collected from mouse femoral marrow were quantitated using a fluorescent in situ hybridization. The values represent the percentage of 300 counted bone marrow cells. Data from three different mice are shown.
