G418-resistant (G418^R) CFU were determined after culture in methylcellulose with 400 μg/mL G418 (active concentration).

M:E is the myelomonocytic:erythroid ratio. M:E ratios for CFU derived from transduced CD34⁺ cells were calculated for G418^R colonies.
