Ability of FL + TPO to support CFU-Bl in LTC. CFU-Bl generated by 1,000 CD34+ CB cells at the beginning of the LTC (time 0) and secondary colonies after replating (mean ± SEM values from 3 separate experiments). Secondary clones comprised all types of colonies (GM, G, erythroid, burst, and GEMM clones represented the total numbers of colonies, respectively).

F3-150

The recloning efficiency is the percentage of colonies that generates secondary colonies upon replating. Results represent the mean ± SEM of three separate experiments.
