CD34+ CB cells (2 × 103) were grown in stroma-free LTC containing FL + TPO for 12 weeks and then were analyzed for CD2 and CD19 expression (untreated). Analogous replicate samples were incubated for additional 14 to 21 days in the presence of 50 ng/mL FL, 100 U/mL IL-7, and 100 U/mL IL-12. The cells were then harvested and analyzed for CD2 and CD19 expression. The results are the mean ± SEM of analyses performed in triplicate wells.
