Recombinant vWFs (WT, R543Q, and R543W) (10 μg/mL) were coated to glass coverslips. As a control, human albumin (HAS) was coated. The coverslips were exposed to two shear rates: 300 s−1 and 1,600 s−1 using citrated whole blood as the perfusate. The data are mean ± SEM obtained in six independent experiments each performed in triplicate.
