Recordings of single channels in day 10 BFU-E–derived erythroblasts were obtained at 29°C and Vp-20 mV as described in Materials and Methods. Ba²⁺ (30 mmol/L) was the charge carrier for Ca²⁺ channels. Mean ± SEM are shown.
