Retroviral vector used was G1-NGFR, derived from the Moloney virus backbone, and encoding a truncated nerve growth factor receptor. Percent positivity was determined by FACS analysis.38 MOI used were 5 and 10/cell.
Adenoviral vector used was an E1/E3 deletion mutant containing the lac-Z/β-Gal marker. MOI used were 30 and 100/cell. Percent positivity was determined by FACS analysis.
HSV-DISC β-Gal vector used as described in Materials and Methods. MOI used was 0.05 pfu/cell.
ρ Results show the maximum transduction efficiency obtained for each of the patients studied.
